Welcome to Valmeria. These Terms govern your use of valmeria.shop and purchases from our store.

“We,” “us,” and “our” mean Valmeria. Our store uses Shopify’s ecommerce platform.

Read these Terms alongside our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, Payment Policy, and Privacy Policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Eligibility and Use of the Services

You must have the legal capacity to purchase or have a parent or legal guardian complete the transaction.

Provide accurate order details and keep any customer-account credentials confidential.

Products and Product Information

Our current catalog focuses on footwear. Review each listing for sizes, materials, price, availability, and care information.

Screen settings can affect the appearance of colors. Third-party brands remain the property of their owners; their display does not establish an official partnership.

Footwear Use and Product Directions

Follow the care guidance supplied with your footwear. Fit and sizing can differ between products and brands.

Unless expressly stated and supported in the listing, footwear is not offered as certified protective or specialist safety equipment.

Orders

Orders depend on payment confirmation and stock availability. An automated email confirms receipt of your order, rather than dispatch.

If fulfillment is not possible, we will explain the options. We will not substitute a different item without your agreement.

Order Cancellations

Email support@valmeria.shop before dispatch to request cancellation. Once shipped, an eligible return can be requested after delivery.

Applicable statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

Prices and Currency

Prices and checkout totals are in Mexican Pesos (MXN).

Future price changes do not automatically change an existing purchase. We will communicate any proposed correction affecting your order.

Payments

Use an available checkout payment method that you are authorized to use. Processing normally begins after payment confirmation.

Taxes

Review the checkout summary for applicable taxes and the complete amount payable before submitting your order.

Shipping Charges

Standard shipping within Mexico is free, with no minimum purchase required. The standard shipping charge is MXN $0.00.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently deliver only within Mexico.

For stock available in our Mexico warehouse, processing normally takes 1–2 business days and transit is estimated at 3–5 business days, giving an estimated total of 4–7 business days.

Order Tracking and Delivery Issues

Available tracking details are emailed after dispatch.

Report delayed, missing, damaged, or incorrectly delivered shipments to support@valmeria.shop with your order number. We will review the information and investigate with the carrier where necessary.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible returns can be requested within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Standard footwear returns must be unused, unworn outdoors, and in original condition with the original packaging. Careful indoor fitting on a clean surface is permitted.

Approved returns receive free return shipping within Mexico, with no restocking fee. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection and approval.

Intellectual Property

Respect rights in Valmeria’s original branding and website materials, and in content belonging to other owners.

Commercial reuse requires permission unless otherwise allowed by law.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the store for fraud, impersonation, unlawful activity, malicious software, unauthorized access, or interference with other users’ privacy and security.

Optional Tools and Features

Optional third-party features may have separate terms. Review those terms before using them.

Third-Party Links

External websites operate under their own policies. Linking to them does not automatically signify endorsement.

Relationship With Shopify

Valmeria is the seller in purchases made from this store. Shopify supplies the ecommerce platform.

Using that platform does not transfer our seller obligations to Shopify.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy covers personal information, cookies, optional marketing, and privacy requests.

Customer Communications and Feedback

Submit only material you are entitled to share. Do not send deceptive reviews, unlawful content, or unnecessary sensitive information.

Submitting feedback does not guarantee publication or compensation. Any use of submitted content will respect applicable rights and permissions.

Errors and Corrections

We may correct inaccurate website information. If an error affects your order, we will explain the issue and address it consistently with applicable law.

Availability of the Services

Maintenance or technical problems may interrupt access. An interruption does not remove obligations concerning existing orders.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Website availability cannot be guaranteed. Product warranties and mandatory rights remain applicable; these Terms do not replace them.

Limitation of Liability

Responsibility is determined under applicable law. No provision excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

You remain responsible, as applicable law provides, for harm caused by your unlawful misuse of the website.

This does not make you responsible for Valmeria’s own misconduct or breach of its obligations.

Termination or Restriction of Access

Access may be restricted to address fraud, security threats, or material misuse.

Existing refund rights and other obligations continue despite an account restriction.

Severability

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue where legally permitted.

No Waiver

A delay in enforcing a right does not automatically surrender that right.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and the referenced policies describe the conditions of using our store. Mandatory consumer protections take precedence.

Assignment

Any transfer of rights or obligations must comply with applicable law and must not reduce your existing consumer rights.

Applicable Mexican law governs these Terms. Customers may seek help from competent consumer-protection authorities or courts.

Updated Terms will appear here with a revised date. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights arising from an existing purchase.
